What stays on your device

Your pet card, observation notes and saved guides are kept in your browser’s storage (localStorage). PAVI does not receive, back up or read this data.

You can delete it at any time with the delete button on the pet card or by clearing this site’s data in your browser. If you export a pet card file, that file is yours to manage.

The form you send to PAVI

When you send a correction or tell us you represent a provider, PAVI stores your name, email, the provider or guide, an optional source, your message, your consent and a reference number.

Only authorised staff can see it, to review it by hand. Records expire after 30 days and are then deleted. Administrative logs record status changes only, without copying the message or email. To prevent abuse, each email address can send a few requests per hour; PAVI does not store IP addresses for this.

Please do not send medical records, identity documents or other sensitive information. The form is not an emergency or appointment channel.

Visit statistics

PAVI uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode. Before you choose, Google may receive cookieless measurement signals. If you agree, we use statistics cookies to learn which pages help. Advertising storage is always denied; PAVI never uses data for personalised advertising.

Statistics never include names, your pet’s health details or what you type. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Links to other services

Call buttons open your phone app. Directions open Google Maps and official-website links open the provider’s site. Their own policies apply there.

Infrastructure

PAVI runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, media storage and security). Providers process data only as needed to run the service. PAVI does not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent through the form before it expires. Use the same form and include your reference number.
