Care Map currently covers Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Its controls help narrow public-source profiles; they do not find every nearby service or confirm live availability. A successful search ends with a relevant record, understood gaps and a direct question to the actual provider—not merely a large result count.

Before you begin

  • The current city choices are Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
  • For urgent concerns, contact a veterinary provider promptly.

01Choose the city first

Select the city where you need the service, then check that it remains selected as you refine the search. Coverage of a city does not mean the directory contains every business there.

If the desired location is outside the available choices, do not choose an unrelated city and assume the results are nearest to you. Care Map is not a device-location or distance-ranking guarantee.

02Narrow by service and text

Choose the relevant service category, such as veterinary care, emergency, grooming or boarding. Use the search box for a provider name or area wording present in a profile.

Try a simpler name or shorter place term if nothing appears. This is a directory text match, not a medical symptom search; typing a condition does not establish which clinic can treat it.

03Read counts and an empty result honestly

The service buttons show category counts for the selected city, while the result count reflects the current search. These can differ when a text query narrows the list.

An empty result means no matching profile in the current set, not no service in the city. Clear filters or revise the query and check the selected city before concluding that a known provider is absent.

04Open details before calling or travelling

Read the profile's source-check date, hours or unknowns, and official source. A branch may offer a directions link; a network record asks you to identify a branch instead.

Use the contact action where available and ask the provider about this animal, service and intended time. The emergency category is not a live-open filter, and published hours do not confirm that the animal can be received now.

05Keep a link another carer can use

The current search URL records the city and selected filters. Copy that address for a household handover, or open a provider's named detail page and share its actual address.

Add the question still needing an answer and test the link yourself. A shared page is not a reservation or a saved-provider promise; the next carer still needs to confirm the actual branch and current arrangements.

Questions to take with you

Questions worth asking

  1. Which city, service and name or area term are selected?
  2. What must I ask the branch directly before acting?

Your working note

  • City __; service __; query __; matching profile __.
  • Source/date __; shared URL __; unanswered question __; provider response __.

This is practical preparation, not veterinary, legal or travel clearance. Confirm individual care with the appropriate professional and current terms with the actual provider.
